Polyco welcomes new non-executive chairman

GOR Official Photo J0194800028Polyco (Group) Limited are pleased to announce the appointment of Gavin O’Reilly to the position of Non-Executive Chairman with effect from 3rd June.

Established in 1979, Polyco has grown to become one of Europe’s largest technical glove companies with market leading positions in the Professional and Consumer hand protection sectors. From its base in North London, Polyco’s principles have always been based on Innovation, Quality and Service and that is still what differentiates the Company today from both local and multinational competitors.

Prior to taking this non-executive position Gavin held a number of senior executive roles including Group Chief Executive Officer of Independent News and Media and Chairman of APN News and Media in Australia as well as chairing the World Association of News Publishers. Gavin combined this successful executive career with a number of non-executive directorships in companies including a software business, investment company and a hotel resort.

An Irish/Australian who was educated in the USA and Ireland, Gavin lives in London with his young family.
