PPE - September 20, 2016 - 0 comments

Update 7th October: Read the full Q&A here

The original PPE Directive has been replaced by a new PPE Regulation. The new regulation applies to anyone working in the Personal protective equipment (PPE) industry in the EU and carries new and wider responsibilities for commercial firms. The Regulation was adopted in February 2016 and fully applies from April 2018.

What does all this mean for manufacturers, distributors and users of PPE? The British Safety Industry Federation (BSIF) is joining PPE for a live Twitter Q&A on the new PPE Regulation on Wednesday 5th October at 3pm (BST). The session will be open and it is a fantastic opportunity for anyone interested in the implications of the new PPE Regulation to find out more.

Keep in touch with developments on the hashtag #PPEtalk and get involved! See you there.
