Innovative Italian safety footwear company U-Power is proud to announce the launch of its exciting range of stylish, fully Italian-designed workwear clothing, which arrives in the UK from Italy on 9th September. Workwear will never be the same again.
The clothing will be officially launched on 23rd September, after which it can be viewed at U-Power’s brand new showroom in Lichfield, Staffordshire, displayed on real-life mannequins. The fantastic new range of safety clothing includes trousers, dungarees, shorts, jackets, bodywarmers, T- shirts, polo shirts, hoodies, socks, gloves and hats.
Created for the highest level of performance, the U-Power clothing range boasts stylish, comfortable, quality materials, pure Italian design, advanced technological features and intelligent extras, such as pull cords for tightening jackets internally, hi-vis strips around some of the pockets, and Free Sound technology, a system that allows headphones to be fed through the pocket of a jacket without getting tangled. Some of the clothing also features an integrated UV block to reduce UV light to a factor of plus 40.
“At U-Power we look at things in a different way,” said Stuart Thorne, Managing Director at U-Power. “For example, we considered what would help people get the right amount of pockets for their tools. There are special pockets for mobiles, cards, tape measures, screwdrivers, technical drawings and even iPads. Some are detachable and all have attractive tailored detail. In addition, BeSafe technology enables users to put their mobile in their pocket whilst talking on it, dramatically reducing radiation to the wearer.”
Despite their fashionable appearance, all U-Power’s clothing conforms to the relevant Standards for safety workwear. “We have created a range that people are safe in, look good in and feel good in. The clothing is a perfect blend between work and social and home life. Why look bad in workwear when you can look good?,” said Stuart. “And for the kids we are offering Piccolo U-Power so that they can look like their dads do when they are working.”
The new clothing can be viewed at Unit 1a, Eastern Park, Eastern Avenue, Litchfield, Staffs, WS13 7SB.
